These are the most important things have to follow in our day to day life. Most of the elderly persons were suffering with lots of problem. Only one thing I am here to say to all is staying indoors in air conditioned settings, not overexerting yourself and drinking plenty of liquids, unless restricted by your doctor, is advisable. Some of the major problems we have in our body are: Sweating hands may be problem to all kind of people. They may have always sweating problem in their hand. So they need to consult with the doctor about that problem. Many things lightly about this issue and left simply. But it is a sign of an underactive thyroid. One function of the thyroid gland is to regulate body temperature. So it is must to consult with the doctor and get cure.



Next step is to see about blood circulation. Wear comfortable shoes that fit well. Foot width may increase depend upon age categories. Always have the feet measured before buying shoes. This will help in many ways to walk normal and the blood circulation will be free of fall. Try to avoid using high-heeled shoes. Then we need to do exercise regularly. Exercise helps our bones, particularly our joint bones and the bones of the spinal column rebuild and repair themselves as they should. Without exercise nothing is possible to our body health. Then we need to see up our living place. That is our home. Always it should be clean and tidy. Then only we can live happily. Because dusts and air problem will cause to heart problems. All should need to take over it.


Drink more water daily


Staying hydrated is a must to ensure endurance, coordination and safety during exercise. Don't wait until we were thirsty to drink. To prevent dehydration, drink plenty of water before, during, and after exercise. Some of the tips to follow given below:
1. Everyone should drink 8-16 ounces of water 30-60 minutes before exercise
2. Everyone should drink 4-10 ounces of fluid every 15 minutes during your workout
3. Everyone should drink 8-16 ounces of water after exercise

To Avoid back pain


1. Always avoid sitting infront of the computer system or television or sitting simply for long time without moving.
2. Wear flat, comfortable shoes. It will help to digest things which we have taken.
3. Do some exercise which will keep fit. Some like bending from knees and up.
4. Regular swimming is must. It will avoid lots of problem like breathing, back pain, over tension, blood pressure and even more.
5. Always try to sit straight, walk straight, and sleep straight. This will help to overcome over bending for back bone.



To Avoid Eye strain


Watching TV continuously and sitting infront of the system for long time will cause eye strain. To avoid this we should keep distance between the objects. That will help us our eyes should be good in condition. Before going to sleep try to face wash with the cold water.
