As the human tendency is not caring for silly things, at the end it facing with big problems. That is the human tendency. Here I am going to give some of the basic awareness to make everyone be aware of it in their day-to-day life.

Awareness about Cancer


How to avoid getting cancer? There is one simple solution for avoiding cancer. The American Institute for Cancer Research (AICR) conducted a research study that turned up some surprising results. Tea contains antioxidants which neutralize free radicals that are thought to cause cancer. Try to drink ice tea to fight with the cancer. It is a good solution for it.



Awareness about Cold


We all will feel what is there in getting cold. All will take lightly when they get cold. Most of them will feel to tablets and it's enough to cure form this simple cold. In this many of them not thinking what is in behind cold. Nearly lots and lots of cold viruses are occurred at present. Only thing we need to be clear and aware of all those. Only some people escaping from these kinds of diseases. Most of them are getting into the disease. If suppose these viruses enter into human body by nose or throat means it will by multiply in many numbers. This will cause like sore throat, sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, aches and pains, mild fever, nasal congestion and coughing. This cold won't be going out easily. Atleast a week or few days it will stay in our body.

The best way to treat a cold is to take a mild pain reliever, avoid unnecessary activity, get as much bed rest as possible and drink plenty of water items such as fruit juices. This will be a nice solution for avoiding cold.

Awareness about Toothache


These are most common problems finding in our body. All sort of ages were getting this trouble. Most of the people after reaching 40 ages are getting into this trouble. For avoiding toothache also there are some solutions to follow:

1. Make a cup of water and boil it some time. In that water put salt and then use that water for mouth wash. Make clear this should happen at night time before going to bet and in morning.

2. Another way is take some of rice (not boiled) and keep it in mouth part were the toothache problem occurred. Keep some time and be free. Later you will get relief from it and it can be feeling better.

Awareness about Fat control


This is a great problem for food wishers. Unlimited food likers were suffering because of this kind of trouble. They need to control their fat. Avoid the food items such as fried foods, burgers and other fatty meats. Some of the weight age products such as all kind of cheese items, milk items and cream items should be eaten in low fat sections. That will help in lots of ways. By being aware of all such fat items means we can easily maintain good structure without suffering in fat.

Awareness about Blood pressure


Most of the people suffer in B.P. for high tension and over work load. They feel lot of depression. To overcome in blood pressure there were nature treatments are there. Taking garlic is very effective in lowering blood pressure. And also Indian gooseberry is also very effective in controlling high blood pressure. The basic lemon is also very effective food in controlling high blood pressure. It helps in maintaining capillary fragility. And grapefruit is useful in preventing high blood pressure. Watermelon is a great nature product also safeguards against high blood pressure. Even the seeds of watermelon also can be dried and roasted and taken in liberal amounts.

Boiled potatoes are very valuable in lowering high B.P. By seeing boiled potatoes absorb very little salt and thus are very useful. Raw vegetable juices and especially carrot, spinach juices are taken separately or in combination, are also beneficial in the treatment of high B.P. These are all advisable food products to take by the patients who were suffering from blood pressure. The only thing needs to stop on salt, cholesterol, fat, tea, coffee and alcohol intake to keep a tab on high blood pressure.

The only way to know about high BP is, if we have high blood pressure is to have it checked regularly. Then only it can be find out from us. Otherwise there is no solution for symptoms to find and cure. Many health care providers find the medicine for high blood pressure. Now it is a great time to get cure from this problem.
